In this tutorial we will cover how to manually add an order to you site.
First you will login to your website admin dashboard. Then on the left hand side click "WooCommerce" then "Orders".
Once on the orders page click on "New Order".
Once on the new order page you will choose from current customer's via a drop down or use a guest.
You will then edit billing and shipping by clicking on the pencil icon.
If you choose a current customer and they have an address on file, you can load the customers address.
Otherwise you can type it into the blank boxes.
You will then want to click on "Add Items".
Once you click on add items you will have several options to choose from.
- Add tax
- Add shipping
- Add fee
- Add products
In this example we are adding a product by clicking "Add Products".
You will then click the dropdown and type in the product names you'd like to add to the order.
After you have chosen the product you will add the quantity and click "Add".
You will then want to add any applicable shipping or tax to the order by repeating the previous steps of "Add Items".
After adding all applicable items you will want to click "recalculate".
Then you will want to hit "Save order & Send Email".
Then you will go to order actions box, click on the dropdown and choose "Email invoice / order details to customer".
Lastly you will hit "Update".
