In this tutorial we will cover how to change the color of the active link of a menu
(This will apply to changing text color, background, etc)
First you will want to go to the menu that you want to alter.
In this example you can see the sub category page is black text on black background so it's being hidden. We will go over fixing this in this tutorial.
You will need to enable the visual builder on the page, then you will hover over the menu and hit the cog wheel icon.
Once the Menu Settings open, then click on the "Design" tab.
Once on the design tab you will want to click on the "Dropdown Menu" tab.
When the Dropdown menu expands you will see many options you can edit.
A few are as follows
- Menu Background Color
- Menu Line Color
- Menu Text Color
- Menu Active Link Color
- + More
For this example we will go to the "Menu Active Link Color" and change it from Black to any other color, then hit save!
Next you will want to save the page itself by pressing the purple circle and then save to publish the new alterations.
You will now see that the active link color is set to Red.
This concludes this tutorial
