To reduce fraud, you may want to have a policy that mandates that the customer's shipping & billing address to be the same. Follow the steps below to make this setting change.
- In the WooCommerce area in your site's dashboard go to Settings
- Click the Shipping tab
- Click Shipping Options
- In the "shipping destination" section change the selection to "Force shipping to the customer billing address"
- Save the changes
Note: If you are going to dropship firearms, this setting change could interfere with our FFL finder plugin. Please let us know if this is the case and we have another way this can be handled.
